Conditions to apply the warranties.
All goods supplied by HARDLEVEL COMPUTER are subject to the following conditions of sale, meaning any equipment or service supplied by our company. The waiver by our company of any of the conditions set forth shall be understood as an exception applied to a particular case.
HARDLEVEL COMPUTER will not be obliged to comply with the agreements assumed when the breach of the same is due to force majeure. HARDLEVEL COMPUTER strictly enforces the manufacturer’s warranty (on new products). In case of request for return under warranty, it will be effective upon approval of the manufacturer. Any warranty given by HARDLEVEL COMPUTER (on reconditioned products), starts from the date of invoice. Warranty terms will be applied based on the condition of the material. New products/ New Retail/ Factory Sale: You have the manufacturer’s warranty.
Refurbished/ Refurbished products: Warranty offered by HardLevel Computer. The warranty is 1 year (unless otherwise stated). The customer will have a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the product to notify HARDLEVEL COMPUTER any claim regarding the product supplied. After this period the products will be considered with the customer’s conformity. It is an essential condition that at the time of receipt of the goods, is indicated on the delivery note that is signed to the carrier, any incident that may be in the state of the same or its packaging (damaged or broken material, packaging in poor condition) as we must claim to our carrier immediately.
If HARDLEVEL COMPUTER, accept the return, the customer will have a maximum period of 7 days to send the material to HARDLEVEL COMPUTER, from the time of assignment of an RMA number. If the returned product, after checking its operation, does not present any error or defect, it will be returned to the customer freight collect. In the case of not being able to replace the product, we will proceed to refund the amount of the invoice by issuing the corresponding credit note.
HARDLEVEL COMPUTER reserves the right to refuse any RMA that is not returned in proper condition.
